After working in concert with the New Orleans City Council and commissioning a Best Practice Study of Municipal Recreation Departments, Afterschool Partnership collaborated with community leadership and various stakeholders to help establish the NORD Citizens Advisory Panel (NORDcap). NORDcap has now put together a report on their recommendations, which is available here.
The NORD Citizens Advisory Panel is a diverse group of business, community, and neighborhood leaders, the Panel’s report provides a grand vision for the NORD that will give our children and youth the high quality recreation opportunities they deserve.
